Application
It is widely used in chemical industry,light industry,food industry,pharmacy,metallurgy and other industries,especially in the case where solid phase separation is not allowed to be broken.It features simple operation,reasonable structure,few wearing parts and simple maintenance.
Working principle
The motor drives the drum to rotate around the spindle axis through belt drive,forming a centrifugal force field.The separated suspension enters the drum from the top feeding pipe and falls on the distribution tray.Under the action of centrifugal force,it throws back the drum wall,and the liquid phase passes through the filter screen on the drum wall.The filter holes are thrown into the shell space,gathered in the chassis,and discharged through the liquid discharge pipe,while the solid phase remains inside the filter cloth.If washing is required,the washing water is added into the washing pipe for washing.After dehydration,the drum rotates at a low speed,and the solid phase is scraped off by the manual scraper and discharged through the discharge port at the bottom of the drum.
