  Centrifuge is a filter centrifuge with continuous operation and hydraulic pulsation discharge.It operates at full speed for all operating procedures,such as feeding,separation,washing,drying,unloading,etc.The reciprocating motion of the pusher plate is controlled by the pressure oil pushing the piston to move and colliding with the reversing of the reversing valve rod.Because the push rod pistons of the pusher plate are connected together,the reciprocating motion of the pusher plate is realized.The number of reciprocating motions of the pusher plate is adjusted by the compound throttle valve.

  The motor drives the conical drum to rotate at full speed.The suspension is continuously introduced from the feed pipe and uniformly distributed on the filter screen at the small end of the drum.The liquid phase is discharged from the drum through the filter screen and the filter hole on the drum wall.The solid phase is trapped on the filter screen to form filter residue.At the same time,the filter residue continuously slides towards the big end of the drum under the conical component of centrifugal force,discharges the drum,and discharges from the lower part of the front casing.
