Product introduction
Centrifuge LW series is a kind of horizontal spiral discharge and continuous operation sedimentation centrifuge.Capable of continuous feeding,separation and unloading at full speed.
It is suitable for separating suspensions containing solids with a density greater than that of liquid phase,solids with a particle size greater than 0.005mm and a concentration range of 2-40%.It is applicable to chemical industry,light industry,pharmacy,food,environmental protection and other industries.
Working Principle
The motor drives the hole-less bowl and concentrically mounted feeding screw to rotate at a high speed in the same direction at a certain differential speed.The materials are continuously introduced into the spiral inner cylinder of material conveying through the feeding pipe,and then enter into the drum after being accelerated.Under the centrifugal force,the heavier solids are deposited on the drum wall to form a sediment layer.The feeding screw continuously pushes the deposited solids to the cone end of the basket and discharges them out of the basket and the machine through the slag discharge port.The lighter liquid phase substances form an inner liquid ring,which continuously overflows the basket from the overflow port at the big end of the basket and is discharged out of the machine through the liquid outlet.
